It's rare for me to take time off writing these days. However, going up to Falkirk was a great reason to pause and update everyone.

Yesterday was the finale of Leicester’s schools reading initiative, Reading Rampage.
Today we drove to Newark where we met with the children of Magnus C of E school and Retford Oaks Academy.
Despite the #BeastFromTheEast (or #Snowmageddon),we managed to successfully navigate our way to John Port School for the Sky Thieves event.
Having recharged our batteries this weekend in Mablethorpe and at Kinder Scout, I’m ready for another activity-packed week.
In the last couple of months I’ve been making appearances in four schools in Sutton Coldfield.
Following a couple of visits to Saint John Houghton School in Ilkeston, I was invited back as Guest of Honour.
On Wednesday I was at The Kimberley School just north of Nottingham to speak to a group of 60 year 7 students.
