After coming third in 2018’s Brilliant Book Awards, more good news for “Sky Thieves.” The first book in the series has been nominated for this year’s Reading Rampage Award! Part of the Whatever It Takes project, the initiative aims at boosting reading miles and encouraging reading for pleasure amongst pupils in years 7 and 8.

As part of the project, I was asked to make a ‘selfie’ video for the children, introducing me, my writing and the world of meteor storms, volcano eruptions and bungee-jumping off airships that makes up “Sky Thieves.”
The results will be announced at the Awards Ceremony on 14th June. Fingers crossed!
